The Vision
The vision of Activation comes from the book of Haggai:
To provide a safe place where believers can come and express who they are in Christ. To provide a place where God’s temple (His people) will be built up and equipped to hear the voice of God enabling them to be led by His Spirit in everyday life. To provide a place where believers are challenged to walk in the fear of the Lord pursuing a life of purity and holiness.
A place where the gifts of the Spirit are stirred up and released in and through each believer not only in the congregational setting, but most importantly out into the market place and harvest. A place where the Book of Acts is alive and activated in every life.
We end each Sunday gathering with a great, big buffet lunch and fellowship. This time of breaking bread together at the Lord’s Table is truly a Book of Acts experience of love.
Our desire for all who visit AMC is to feel at home surrounded by family who love and care for them united together as one in Jesus Christ. Our prayer is that each person would feel the touch of Jesus upon their lives in such a way that they leave changed, transformed, and activated to go forth being everything they were intended to be in His Kingdom.
